There are certain movies, especially horror flicks, that we grew up watching where just the mention of the title is enough to bring back those spine-chilling cinematic memories. One such unforgettable film is Jenma Natchathiram, a title that left audiences trembling with its intense horror experience in theatres. Now, after many years, a new film bearing the same title is all set to send fresh shivers down our spines. The element of 666 was a striking and mysterious symbol in the original horror classic. Carrying forward that eerie legacy, the makers of the new Jenma Natchathiram have unveiled the title and first look precisely at 6 hours, 6 minutes, and 6 seconds in the evening, underscoring the importance of this number in their new creation.

Director B. Manivarman says, ”Just like the classic magnum opus, Jenma Natchathiram will be the talk of the town. While the title is inspired by the all-time classic horror hit, this is a completely new story with a different premise and screenplay. There is a subtle link between the two films, and the audience will feel it when they watch this in theatres. We chose to reveal the first look and title at exactly 06.06.06 P.M. to signify the powerful presence of ‘666’ in the film, just as it played a vital role in the original Jenma Natchathiram.”

The film is produced by Subhashini. K under the banner of Amoham Studios in association with White Lamp Pictures and directed by B. Manivarman. The cinematography is handled by K G, while the music is composed by Sanjay Manickam. Editing is done by S. Guru Suriya and art direction is by SJ Ram. The costumes are designed by Subika A, with Ramesh as the costumer. Stunt choreography is by Miracle Michael and the project is headed by Vijayan Rengarajan.

The film features an ensemble cast including Taman Akshan, Malvi Malhotra, Maithreya, Raksha Cherin, Sivam, Arun Karthi, Kali Venkat, Munishkanth, Velaramamoorthy, Thalaivasal Vijay, Santhana Bharathi, Boys Rajan, Nakalites Niveditha, and Yasar performing powerful roles.

The film’s postproduction work is already completed and is all set for its worldwide theatrical release shortly. Following the grand success of GOAT and Good Bad Ugly, Romeo Pictures Raahul has acquired the worldwide theatrical rights of this film, and the official announcement on release date will be made soon.
